They did a really good job but make sure that the initial assessment is a comprehensive an thorough one. Ask for the worst case scenario in terms of cost . I felt like it was death by a million cuts everyday i got a call about how much more needed to get done. Granted , it was on old chimney but if someone has been doing this job for a long time , there must have been a suspicion then there was more than meets the eye. Arber from Landstar was amazing to work with! He provided a lot of expertise and worked to understand the needs of our roofing project and offered options that would fit our needs. From there, he kept me in the loop with schedule, proposed date of completion, and sent progress photos as the work proceeded. The work was completed when he said it would be, and at the exact cost he quoted, even though a roof repair was necessary where a leak existed. Mathew the foreman guy on job site was great and our new roof is beautiful!
